44.99 charge in my checking. What is this for? I did not request it.

I have had $44.99 charged to my checking account twice. Once on 04/15/2020 and 05/15/2020. I have questioned both charges and I have not received a response on the oldest. I want any future charges canceled and a refund for both charges totaling $89.98. Please advise me when this will happen. I have also filed a fraud complaint with my bank.

No charges made by me

Checked my bank account and have a $ 53.99 charge not made by me. Was from Microsoft Bill.ms.net WA1

I want my money back. You took $59.99 from my account unauthorized.
