Reoccurring payment
I’ve already tried to get around this but some how every time I change my card I get this same payment and I’m currently saving for graduation and every month y’all go in there taking money out for games I don’t even play I have a PlayStation and it has none of my info on it I don’t play fortnite at all I absolutely hate that game so why the hell am I being charged for it.

Microsoft Xbox charges
My mother who is 85 yrs old has dementia doesn't own any electronics except for satellite TV is been getting billed monthly for Xbox @ 10.65 a month looks like for over one year plus. There is no way to cancel because you must have an account and password. Cannot talk to anyone to get this taken care of. I will go to our local news to lodge a complaint if I do not get immediate response. This is unacceptable.

Unauthorized charges on my account
I have a $42.63 charge on my bank account that is unauthorized and when I call the number on my bank statement the guy named Vinnie says wrong number. I need my money back and want to know how to keep this from happening again

Unauthorized charges from my bank account
For the past 6 months or so Microsoft has been billing me for purchaese I have not made through my Xbox one. Today for instance I have had three charges of 5.40$ taken out of my account when this started it took $600 in charges and I disputed them, but since then I have had small charges here and there. I am very tired of this and it needs to stop. My son has friends on the Xbox that it has happened to also. You need to look into this and give us our money back that you are charging without authorization.

Microsoft *store bill.ms.net charged $37.30 on business credit card without any authority. I want my money back plus 5% interest on the $37.30 for each day you keep my money.

Taking money from my account
I have been charged on my card with no explanation. I don't appreciate that and I don't have to put up with it either so rather rant and rave I have found that going lawfully has chosen to be better. I have chosen to contact the better business bureau and then file a civil suit. In best regards I spoke with you guys in trying to get this situation taken care of but since we can't I will do just that.......

Charging my account
My account is also being charged for several different amounts the last couple of months. Have not purchased anything. Havent even been online. this is ridiculous.
I tried to call them and they said the email I was giving them wasn't the email they had on file.
