unauthorsed charges

My grandson used my credit card on 1/3/15 for a purchase of $64.10 and he thought this was a one time charge. Since then I have been charged $64.10 two more times (1/12/15 & 1/26/15). Please tell me what I need to do to get these charges reversed and to make sure there are no more charges on my credit card.
