I have reoccurring charges for $76.81 from Microsoft which I have never use which are fraudulent on my Citi Card and I would like to have these removed permanently my credit card ends in 3979 and went all charges permanently removed

I have had two unauthorized charges on my account which I did not purchase. that does not seem to be alive person to talk to. please stop all purchases for Debbie Metcalfe credit card ending in 3979. I have no idea what any of these charges are. I have not ordered anything from Microsoft. my email address to contact me is.

You have been billing my card for things that i have not signed up for. My fiance accidently used my card information for somethings on his XBox One. A message was sent to my bank account to notify me of the arrangements. However, I did sit and watch him corrext the information. Somehow you still billed my card.
