To MS Bill.info complaint board

I have 4 Un authorised charges on my Kotak Bank Credit card ending in 3087.
I did not make or approve of the charges. Why are these charges showing against my card when I haven't approved ??
Please help me get the refund amount because I haven't made these purchases. Do not hesitate to contact me if any questions.

Dear Sir,
From my credit card in every month there is deduction of 330 rupees from Microsoft.The Description of the transaction is showing microsoft.
Please find the attach file.Please clarify me why there is deduction of 330 rupees from my credit card.

I buy a Microsoft Lumia 430 .
In this mobile the software is not good .
The phone get restart automatically for every 2 hours,even the phone is not in use.
I paid ₹5000 for both mobile and its software, then why I have to update my phone using my data cost .

around 22:44 on 18 Jul 2015, to ph nos 08022272484, and thereafter to ph 04428584653

I will be much obliged if immediate action be initiated to block/reverse the payment, and the investigation
be done as soon as possible, keeping me updated by email., on a regular basis.
