3 (MONTHLY) CHARGES FOR MICROSOFT ULTIMATE I DID NOT AUTHORIZE

BEING CHARGED FOR MICROSOFT ULTIMATE 1M. I HAVE 3 MONTHLY CHARGES THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. LOOKED ON LINE ANY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE SAYING SAME THING! I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT FOR THIS.
When I called the# on my bank for this merchant the name Samuel Ballmer comes up on the caller info and not able to get anywhere.

Xbox Billing

I have stopped all charges on my credit card from Microsoft dealing with my kids Xbox. Their Xbox, I check on a daily base because I was seeing too many charges for $8.55 and $21.39 since I cancelled everything within that much and now my card is still being charged for those to items I have no knowledge of. I am highly upset about Microsoft Company at this point.

fraud

Charges appear on credit card that I didn't authorize for $248.67. I will be disputing these charges with my card provider.

did not receive replacement product

To whom it may concern: I returned a stylus for my Dell Venue tablet that did not work. I have not received a replacement and it has been over 6 weeks since I returned the defective stylus.
