I wants to know who is making these charges & what city, phone number they are using

My Visa account was charged on 3/3/17 for $132. The merchant: MSFT * E06001J7DTMSBILL.INFO WA US. The transaction supposedly occurred on 3/1. The Visa statement showed this reference number: 74430997060400816000013. This charge is especially mystifying since the Visa account was activated only two or three days before the alleged transaction.

I received neither an announcement that the charge would be made nor a confirmation/receipt after the fact--zero information from Microsoft. Therefore, I have no clue what the $132 charge represents. (On 12/01/16 I received notice that I had been charged $69.99 for my Office 365 renewal--that was all well and good.)

I'm not understand why Microsoft makes so many charges without notification of what the charges are for. I took my card off because of this and now they are charging my son's like this. $9.99 twice in one day, really and why. This company is huge and should be able to show reasons for why they are charging people so much money to play XBOX. If it was up to me it wouldn't be in my house anymore. This is an outrage of what you are doing and lowers the Integrity of this company. I will remove his today until this can be resolved. Every time I try calling the company you are on hold for so long that you can't get anyone and you just hang up. I have been on hold for almost an hour and no one even comes on to let you know how long of a wait it may be. I know of lots of company that aren't as large as this one and has the integrity to let someone know about how long of a wait it will be. Really, you will meet your maker one day and it won't be pretty.
