fraudulent unauthorized charges

Unauthorized charges from MICROSOFT *STORE BILLS.MS.NET WA to my B of A account, in the amount of $351.16.

Microsoft claims no record of me having made any purchases from them in this amount. BofA has to "wait for Microsoft to verify" that I did not make or authorize these charges.

Frustrating.
