I got an unauthorized charge to my bank card which was $7.41. I would like a refund to my bank if not I will be filing a law suit to your company if I do not get back a refund of $7.41 into my bank account.

I have a charge on my account that I did not authorize of $15.89 I would like a refund asap or deal with a lawsuit as this is not the first time y’all have done this to someone.

Several unauthorized charges were made to my credit card and I would like to know for what they are. The card is closed and frozen and I have disputed the charges. Microsoft will have to come up with more information about these charges, along with proof that I authorized them, before I will pay them. I will NOT pay them.

I accidentally discovered these unauthorized charges, while checking the balance on my credit card. There is no explanation as to what the charge is for or concerning what. Please let me know what these charges are for. I have disputed the charges and the card is closed. No further charges can be made and I will not be paying this bill, unless Microsoft can prove to me that I made the purchase or whatever.
