It’s taking money out of my account for no reason.

I have an unauthorized payment for $64.19 I want my money back or I’m filing this as fraud and legal actions will be taken!! I don’t own anything Microsoft, so there’s no reason it should be coming out of my account

charges made by a minor

My bank statement had 5 charges to Microsoft that we had no idea was made. My 9 year old evidently did know. I had no idea that these were made until I called and found out what they were. They were made on the same day 1/19/2016 for $42.79, $16.04, $42.79, $10.69 and$16.04. I would like for you to try to help us take care of this.
