Finally got a human that could not speak or understand English very well. Finally the lady said there is not reason for Microsoft to be charing me, and to contact my credit card and dispute the charge. I did and credit card credited my account. No wonder Bill Gates is the largest landowner in the USA.$74.19 at a time sure adds up if you don't get caught. Goods job Capital One, folks, get an alert that will notify you every time your card is used. Last year, I got dinged and did not notice it my statement in time. This year, Ole Bill got caught with his hand in the cookie jar!

I have need to reload the software "Word" on my computer. I don't have a hard disk nor do I have my Product Key or whatever I was to receive in order to reinstall the program. When I called for support to help me, no one seemed to be able to find my account. I purchased the software on May 12, 2016 and it was installed on that day online. I paid $69.99 on May 13 from my Visa account.

I need help to get the program up and running again.
