Keep getting charged for something that I did not buy

My HP ProBook was automatically installing updates. On this last update, it kept getting stuck and restoring back to the previous version. I contacted MS Support through their chat feature and was connected with Harish K. I granted him remote access to my PC. He deleted all previous versions, and he began the update process again. No surprise, the update stalled again! Except now there is no previous version to restore to, and my PC has become a paperweight. I am hoping I can extract all the data safely from my hard drive. This is especially awful since I just started going back to school and now I cannot access any of my programs or coursework. I hate Harish. I hate Win10.

Have two unauthorized charges to my credit card from microsoft msbill.info this month. I see many people complaining about the same thing. What is being done about them? My bank will reimburse, but this is ridiculous
