I just reviewed my bank statement and saw this Microsoft charge for $7.48. I didn't order anything from Microsoft, and the Office software was included in my computer. Microsoft offers a classroom, teacher's, business subscription, but I have no need for any of that, so why am I being charged for something I didn't order? If I mistakenly hit the wrong keys, please discontinue the subscription. I have no need for it. It continually pops up on my screen as though it is required to keep the Office software from deleting or closing in my computer. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.
