The agents from microsoft sales and orders are not answering back to me on the question related and regarding to the xbox console and controller they are ignoring me. One agents does transfers me to the another agent and the chat are left empty with nobody in it. They are not replaying and responding back to me. They were rude on me to many times already. I do treat well with respect when they are not to me. They are not giving to me assistance and help on the xbox when I do needed and wanted. They did provide not for me. They are only getting worst and worst from times to times and they are making things harder.
