An unauthorized charge of $14.46 CAD on my credit card bill from "MSBILL.INFO"

Hello, I see an unauthorized charge of $14.46 CAD on my credit card bill from "MSBILL.INFO" that I cannot find anywhere after I login to my Microsoft Account and check "Billing and Services". There are no services listed, there are no subscriptions listed. I recall buying / registering a domain "makaveev.net" in 2019. However, it was one-time thing. I did not expect recurring auto-payments. I did not received any new bill or new invoice for this suspicious unauthorized charge. Could you please investigate and recommend the charge to be reimbursed back to my credit card ASAP.
