Horrible Sewrvice/Response to concerns

Microsoft ACTUALLY ADMITTED that they "Wrongly Suspended" my email/Hotmail Account ([email protected]) BACK IN NOVEMBER AND NEVER RESOLVED THEIR PROBLEM THAT HAPPENED TO ME, My Account/Nor Microsoft!

Microsoft ACTUALY ADMITTED that they "Wrongly Suspended" my email/Hotmail Account BACK IN NOVEMBEE and NOTHING EVER HAPENED TO MICROSOFT NOR MY ACCOUNT!!

So, What's the point of this site?!?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Unable to access email FOR WEEKS despite multiple Recovery attempts AND New Account-creations(that I NEVER WANTED AND FAILED AS WELL!!

I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG AT ALL!!!
