I thought this would solve the problem to my expired Microsoft 365 subscription, but I tried so many times with through logging to my Microsoft account even trying a different account but both in vain.
I would like the amount deducted to be returned to my account so that I could pay a fresh subscription .

I was charged $129.00 was charged against my credit card for a product I did not order or receive on 5 March 2021. This charge was for a product classified 'Microsoft*Microsoft 36 Msbill.Info Au' - 'Entertainment & Recreation - TV, Movies, Music & Games'. I would like the money returned to my credit card as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would be forced to approach my bank to initiate a fraud proceeding.

The product was classified 'Microsoft*Microsoft 36 Msbill.Info Au' - Entertainment & Recreation - TV, Movies, Music & Games. I would like this amount to be returned to my credit card account as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would approach my bank with a fraud allegation.
