To Whom It May Concern
I was billed on July 10, 2018 for Microsoft Office 365. On my bill there is no number to contact about canceling this order. My husband, Mark Schmelzlen, passed away July 4, 2018. I have a death certificate if you need a copy. He started this subscription and I do not know how to cancel it since we do not need it anymore. It was billed to our credit card ending in 3784 and this account is being closed when they process the death certificate I sent them. I need this refunded in the form of a check and not put back on my credit card.
