LAST OCTOBER, MY WIFE AND I WERE "FORCED" FROM WINDOWS LIVE INTO OUTLOOK BY MICROSOFT. A POORER REPLACEMENT SYSTEM COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DEVISED. WE HAVE NOT COME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT'S GOING ON WITH OUR EMAILS YET, PARTICULARLY HOW TO RELIABLY SEND OR RECEIVE THEM. SEEMS LIKE THERE IS UNDERLYING SOFTWARE THAT MICROSOFT IMPLANTED WHEREBY THEY CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS AND WHEN. IT HAS BEEN ANYWHERE FROM DAYS TO WEEKS BEFORE OUR EMAILS COMPLETELY REACH THEIR ASSIGNED DESTINATIONS - THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. DOESN'T LOOK LIKE MICROSOFT LEARNED A THING FROM THE FIASCO THEY OFFERED AS WINDOWS 8! FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS WINDOWS LIVE EASILY ACCOMPLISHED EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO DO WITH IT, BUT APPARENTLY IT WAS TIME FOR MICROSCALE TO INCREASE ITS CASH FLOW BY ARBITRARILY SWITCHING OPERATING SYSTEMS. THIS FEELS MORE LIKE A BETRAYAL THAN A PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT, AS THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT MUCH TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WITH THE CHANGES NOW FOUND IN OUTLOOK. NO SURPRISE, AS THIS IS TYPICAL OF CORPORATE DECISIONS ... ESPECIALLY MICROSOFT'S. SHAME ON MICROSOFT!!!

Outlook constantly has emails hang up in its Outbox, even when the "send immediately" option is checked. Microsoft has NO FEEDBACK options for Outlook. Even when facilitators post links to MS feedback sites, they are lies. They just go to some generic place and you're on your own to navigate menus ten deep to try and find a feedback site which absolutely does not exist.

I'm up to HERE with having to resize and reposition my spreadsheets every time I open them. Excel in Office 2010 reopened every spreadsheet at the same size and in the same place on the screen. 365 apparently was designed by someone(s) who is/are convinced that they know how my screen should look better than I do.

Any suggestions?

I downloaded 365 on two PCs. But the produce works differently on each. I have been trying to actually talk to tech support for 45 minutes, but every phone number, even my local Microsoft office, transfers me to the same useless message telling me to go on line. I don't have time to sort through all teh FAQs and other posts. I need a person to fix these issues. MS used to ahve people to talk to but apparently profits were more important than customer service so people in tech support are no longer available. This is total BS. What happened to good support?

I just tried to log into my corporate account from my home PC. When I enter www.office.com, I get a completely new screen that I have never seen before and i can't ### get into my account. What the ###! The company I work for has Office 365. Are you trying to ### extort me into buying it, you ### corporate ###?

This office 365 is the worst junk program, ever! Designers for this platform did not take into consideration slower speeds at remote locations (working under hotspots), such as sites that are under construction and need their office programs to work! It doesn't save the latest changes, locks up all work while saving, then doesn't save all the damn work!!! It doesn't accept or read macros, and many other features that are encoded on the stand-alone program. This is just an all around lemon!!!
