I'have notice that £69.99 was withdrawn from my account on 29/06/2018 and also after querying with the bank they told me I have same transaction on my account last year as well. I have never use any service and I still been charge. The card number which was used for the transaction is ended with 1811. and this card i have changed last year. please let me know what should i do to get my money back on my account.
