My bank account was charged for a transaction of $73.84 on 2/12/20 that I did not authorize. I have reached out to Microsoft and they created a ticket but they will not respond back to me to get this charge reversed. I have made numerous attempts through email and phone calls but they will not reply back to the emails and I am stuck on hold and the wait time is forever. The reps do not pick up or when they do it is a dropped call.
They also do not show any record of a Microsoft user in their records. We do not have any devices that have Office 365.

I am very frustrated and it is not right of this company to make unauthorized charges. I am not sure how they got my bank information but I would like a refund in full.
