On April 12, 2020 I requested the cancellation of the auto renewal of my Office 365 Personal subscription and a refund of the Credit card charge of: "Apr 11, 2020 MICROSOFT*OFFICE 365 PERSMSBILL.INFO ON $89.27.
I had advised them March 23,2020 that I did not want to renew my subscription & they went ahead & renewed it anyway.
To date, I did not receive any response to either request. I tried to follow-up on this & got this message:
"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Microsoft Store (
[email protected])
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly."
I tried to "Manage Subscription" per option on their email thanking me for the Subscription & nothing happens.
This is a copy of the email I received from them:

I emailed you to advise you that I did not want to renew & you went ahead & renewed anyway.

Don't bother. I purchased it last year & was never able to use it.
PLEASE DO NOT RENEW.
