Charge for unauthorized renewal

My Name is Rhonda Holaday:

I did not authorize a charge on my Capital One Credit Card. I did not receive an email or any type of notifications regarding the upcoming charge. The investigation of my card charge reported that Adam Holaday ordered this which was not true. He did not have authority to use my card, and he would not as he is not computer literate. The second discrepancy was that my address was in Gold Canyon Arizona. I have never lived in Gold Canyon Arizona. I did live in Arizona however, it was in Mesa Arizona. I never received any product from your company either. My address is 332 State Road B Phillipsburg MO 65722, My cell phone is 417-332-1178.

Unauthorized Subscription & Credit card charge

On April 12, 2020 I requested the cancellation of the auto renewal of my Office 365 Personal subscription and a refund of the Credit card charge of: "Apr 11, 2020 MICROSOFT*OFFICE 365 PERSMSBILL.INFO ON $89.27.

I had advised them March 23,2020 that I did not want to renew my subscription & they went ahead & renewed it anyway.

To date, I did not receive any response to either request. I tried to follow-up on this & got this message:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Microsoft Store ([email protected])
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly."

I tried to "Manage Subscription" per option on their email thanking me for the Subscription & nothing happens.

Recurring billing will happen every year at CAD $79.00 plus applicable taxes. You can see your subscription information, change how you pay, or cancel any time.
