Unorganized charge

I cancelled the subscription and I went to double check that the subscription was cancelled and there’s not even a way to do that. I did not authorize this charge and I do NOT want this service. Please fix the error made.

credit card bill

I have a charge on my credit card for 6.99 but I cancelled this and no longer have the computer.
