Called to have charge verified and they would not look up by name on account, wanted credit card number. I already have one charge unverified, I certainly wasn't giving them my card number again, especially since I wasn't sure this was legitimate. Got no satisfaction ended up hanging up with nothing resolved. Talked to two people who could not understand me as they were foreign, I had to spell everything for them.
