i got charged 94 cents for three times, why??

I have charged my BB&T personal account $ 24.99 03/18/2018 I never proved. I would like to dispute chrges.

money was bought by an 11 year old boy who dodnt lnow any better how do i get this refunded

during a game there were things purchased on my bank card that i did not approve

I don't know where to turn. I have a charge on Amex for 21.39 dated 1/2/18. I DID CHARGE THIS. It is for a game for Xbox, I believe I was supposed to get download information as this is a game to be played with another game.
I have contacted customer service through my order receipt and no one has returned any info.
Perhaps they sent the info through my email but it may have gone to spam folder and been deleted. I'm not sure if this is what happened but no one will answer me or resend it!!

PLEASE HELP AND POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR ANSWERS!!

I have an upapproved charge of $119 on my credit card from Microsoft27745

I have a $74.71 charge on my credit card 5/16/17 that lists MSBILL.INFO, WA as merchant. I do not recall ordering anything from the Microsoft*Store 0000 MSBILL.INFO 107. Please advise what was purchased or remove the charge.

I have 4 charges yesterday 3/14/2017 and 1 today 03/15/17. I did not make or approve of the charges. why are these charges against my card that I did not approval of?? this a fraud!! who allow you to do this?? please help because I did not purchased it. these are the charges........
