unauthorized charges

i'm getting billed from microsoft*store for charges I have not authorized for $9.99 every couple of days. I have contacted them and they have been no help. I can not log into an account I do not have, I give them the information that I have and they just refer me to some service that charges $1.00 then wants to charge $39.00 to continue helping. but they are no help at all. I just want to know how to get these charges to stop.
