Microsoft *Xbox msbill.info WA.($9.99) and ($29.99) all on 5/13/18

Got charged today for $9.99. I haven’t used Xbox Live since September. Called them to see what was up and they told me they didn’t see the charge. I went to the account website and took a screenshot proving the charge was there. They refunded me $9.99 through a previous transaction(from September).

Ordered Microsoft Publisher through my PayPal account 1/20/18. My account was charged the $119.47 1/22/18. It's been 2 months and I have not received the program ordered. Contacted PayPal and advised to contact Microsoft directly. Trying to get in touch with Microsoft has been a nightmare. Is this something you can help me with?

Was charged also for something on my debit card. The bank reversed to charge, filled out the fraud form and lo and behold, the charge got reversed by microsoft stating they have proof it was me.....How dare them...Called the number and this character could not find andy information regarding this and talked in circles. They better have proof solid to show me or all hell will break loose.....

last month I had 7 fraudulent charges from MICROSOFT *STORE MSBILL.INFO WA. Of course I reported that to credit card co.

Also fedex called me to say that there was delivery from MICROSOFT in my name with an invalid address.
I told them this was one of the 'stolen' merchandise that needs to be returned to shipper.

On 1/19/2018 my Wells Fargo account ending in 3955 was charged without my authorization $ 69,99 by Microsoft/msbillinfo WA.
Please reverse the charges and let me know ASAP of the progress with this transaction.

My SBI Credit card ending with 4200 was used on 04.10.2017 at a Microsoft Store. I came to know about this fraudulent transaction today when i saw my monthly statement of October - 2017 received on my mail.

This is to inform your good selves that, my said card was used for two transactions Rs. 4718.82 and Rs. 2,348.20 on 04.10.2017 towards MICROSOFT129INBRUSDB2C MSBILL. INFO SGP .These are fraudulent transactions not made by me and I instantly got the card blocked. Please help with the same and block the delivery of product or service of whoever has used the same.

I am not using any Microsoft service or product.

Just dialed this 855 785 2511 for this Microsoft billing service, when you call only one person is talking to you, like he is at home, I asked him what their business do he claim they clean virus from computer. So, I told him that the company he so called works for in the past 45 days there are transactions from this site and I have never call them or talked to them until today. He sitting up hear questioning me I told him I ask the questions. Then this foreigner say he hate black people. Hell i'm all sorts of ethnics. I told that fool my bank fraud line called me to let me know of the transactions. I also told him I'm calling the police and giving them this number so they can get on this. They may be out of the country. I told him thou shall not still. And they are stealing from people. I just decided to research the website since this is the second time within 45 days. I have never given them a credit card number or access to my bank account. So I feel like they are hacking into people IP address, getting key strokes and just getting all in people personal space. There has been several complaints about this company or person stealing people money and no one in the white house is doing anything about it. Then he called back within three minutes with this number 515 999 5817 mr. number said it is a cctn clean. add removal. So everyone look out for those numbers there are scammers. They won't even say their name. 855 number is non -geographic the 515 number Des Moines IA.

Dear Sir, The only thing I am asking is, what this charge on our company credit card is for? Please send me a copy of an invoice or agreement we have for this payment as soon as possible so this can be resolved, or will have no other recourse, but to dispute this charge.

This transaction was placed without my authorization as I would never buy Microsoft crap. I would like to know, with the amount of complaints on this complaint board, what are you doing about it? Or is this just lip service as the thieves are getting rich. Has not happened to me for over 8 years out of the states, now it happens when I am back. The security is poor poor poor.....but dare I as an innocent try and fly I have to go through scrutiny from hell. Do something about this as Microsoft is responsible.
