Unauthorized payment

My MasterCard just got deducted the amount of 1699.00 euros from microsoft.storemsbill Ireland, this is a scam, I already blocked the card and informed my bank. I am a resident in Malta and Frankly I don't know how this could happen from Ireland. I want my money to be refunded the soonest and if possible stop this scam from happening again to other victims.
