charged twice

I purchased Microsoft student for $160.49 on November 16, 2016, it wouldn't install. on Dec 4, 2016 I re purchased it for $160.49. both purchased were on same card. I'm asking for reimbursement for the first. there is a # on checking account debit alone with the Microsoft name. the # is 1091507. please respond via email @ [email protected]
