I have had $15.89 taking out of my bank account for the past 5 months and this is not my bill. A friend of mine has hacked my account and each time I have told my bank that it is fraudulent activity that have cancelled my debit card multiple times and I would like to be contacted by microsoft theirselves to take my information off of this recurring bill cycle. I do not have the income to pay for somebody else's account and each time microsoft has told my bank that it is my purchase when my friend hacked my debit card. The microsoft *ultim 08040729 is in question. I do not use microsoft and would like my debit card off this recurring bill. Please get back with me because this is ridiculous.
