On 01/07 there was a recurring debt charge on 6125 debt card on BBT bank Springville, Al of 16.49. (This is not the first debt)
It says from Microsoft*Ultimate 01-06 MSBill.info POS. I checked on account, there is no open subscriptions in billing. the last
purchase I made was Office 365 over a year ago and it was paid for. I don't sign up for anything using Recurring payments
and I couldn't find anyplace to cancel it on the Microsoft account due to there is no subscriptions listed. Please locate this
charge, cancel it, credit my account and definately cancel Recurring payments if found. I was having this trouble for sometime and last month, I cancelled my old Debt card and have a new one figuring that no more recurring charges would be made on a cancelled card, and I didn't order anything with new card, so how did Microsoft debt a new card that hadn't been used????
