I have had 16.26 come out of my account 5 times this month and I checked my xbox Microsoft account and there is no history of any purchases made. I need to know how to get the money back or have this stopped. I am currently not able to work and what little I have is more very very Important.

I have had recurring charges of $15.89 on my bank statement from POSTransaction MicrosoftCorpo Microsoft*Ultimate 1 M Redmond WAUS for the six months starting on 2-15,21, 3-15,21, 4-15,21, 5-15,21, 6-15,21, 7-15-21, and 8-15,21; without my consent totaling $95.34, and need to report fraudulent charges and a refund reported to my credit union.

For the past 4 months I have been getting a charge of $15.92 plus a purchase of $64.79 & $32.39 on my bank statement
from MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 1 Mont-MSBILL INFO WA; I think this is the time it all started around October. The bank refunded me $ $97.18 that I was thankful for. It is re-occuring around the first of each month for me. I've tried everything to get in touch with a live person, to no avail. I don't want to have to sit and wait for the 5th of March for another payment to come out. I don't have any money, I don't have a Microsoft account, I don't play games; so I have no need for them. Someone used my card to purchase some games or so forth, atleast let me know who they are, if it's a family member, I can deal with that and handle it. But this is a ghost we'er chasing after, because no one knows who it is. I'm sorry to say that at least I'm not in this fight alone; I'm also sorry for everyone els as well. Here is how it's been with my bank statements, I hope and pray I won't have anymore. Praying for all.

This isn't the first time, but I had a Debt show up in my checking acct. BB&T in springville/ashville, Al. 3747 last four
on 1/07 Microsoft*Ultimate 01-06 MSbill.info Wa debt card recurring POS 16.49. I logged into account checked billing and subscriptions and could find no open subscriptions. The last billing info in there is when I purchased Office 365 and that was a year ago or so. I never sign up for recurring payments so if you can find this charge, turn off recurring payments so that next time I may get notified of a rejected charge and maybe track it down.

My charge card 4509 was billed $16.09 and I don't understand way this was done and I would like you to stop and refund all money taken for this reason. It has been going on for some time and I do not know why.

My account is charged 15.34 each month and I don't have a Microsoft unlimited account. I need to charge stopped refunds returned back to my account.

I do not have an Xbox or any other Microsoft subscription and I been charged twice without my consent on 3/17/20 and 4/15/20 in the amount of 15.89 each. These are fraudulent charges as I have had other fraudulent activity starting in Feb 2020 causing my credit card to be replaced twice. Somehow these charges continued on to my new credit card. I have instructed my credit card company to reject similar charges in the future but I don't know if that will work. Please include a phone number with your charge information so that we are able to dispute fraudulent charges at the source.
