Hi There

I have several unauthorised payments that have been taken out of my bank account without my knowledge - the most alarming one is the 29th march 2018 £18.98 and then monthly amount of £3.99???? I have no idea what these are for as I am no longer using Xbox and cancelled all of my direct debit/ standing orders with the bank. I have tried to attach photos of my bank statements but it says the file is too big it if you could come back to me on - [email protected] I can e mail them to you directly.
