Microsoft has been charging my credit cards for quite some time for items I have not purchased. One credit card company told me that the charges, which amounted to over $400, were made from all over the US. I have filed complaints, closed out cards and had them replaced and they still find the card number and charge to it. My daughter has an XBox, but she pays for her own items. I have called Microsoft and they tell me that they will look into the matter, but they do nothing. My daughter called them and they threatened to shut her XBox down, which I found out they can do remotely, and not allow her access if I fought the charges. These people are nothing but scammers. I wonder if they are Microsoft or if they are just calling themselves that.
