Unauthorised charges to visa

I made one purchase from Microsoft on 9 July 2018 and when I received my visa statement it showed 11 unauthorised charges on 7/7/2018 and 8/7/2018. I have contacted Citibank visa and request repayment of these amounts. Thanks
