Please I have finished paying my delivery fee which was 400 ,and the person giving me the parcel placed money in one of the hangbags..after completing the payment,they said I should pay for the exchange rate of the money ... bringing it to cedis please is this good..do I have to pay for exchange rate before getting my parcel after my completion.

Hi sir, my friend Mr Alex Maxwell sent me a parcel. I received call from international Indra Gandhi airway nd pay 15500 as a delivery charges .next day I received call again from custom nd they demanded for 35000 as a penalty charges for international money to sent the parcel.still m not received any parcel.please look into this matter on urgent basis.and please help me for receive the parcel that is important for me And please take action against defaulters it's my humble request to you.
