This past weekend in Walmart, my husband and I were approached by a young white male asking to purchase a magazine subscription so he could earn points for a competition to be on the Amazing Race. He stated he only needed one more to be in the top position. We gave him $56 dollars in cash for two subscriptions to be donated to military troops in Afghanistan.It has only been five days, but I have been researching this Midwest Circulation LLC and I have seen nothing but the word SCAM associated with it! So I have realized that we are yet just more victims of this vicious scam. He was smooth talking, nice and very convincing. I always do not mind lending a helping hand to people, but it is very sad to be scammed for my hard earned money. But its okay, people can only get away with something like that for so long until it comes back on them. It was annoying to loose $56, but I know I will get it back in some way because we were only trying to do a good deed. I am just glad I did not give them a check, which would have had all of my account info. Beware of these scammers everyone!
