Hi. I have sent 3 emails to Mifa requesting for my tax certificate and it's been over week with no response yet thier turnaround time is 3 days. Nobody picks up your calls which again is my airtime being wasted.

Hi. I have sent 3 emails already to Mifa requesting my tax certificate and it has been a week with no response and thier SLA time is 3 days. Nobody picks up thier phone when you call again my airtime being wasted everyday. I need my tax certificate please attend to my query.

I have submitted my Provident fund claim on the 8 of September 2020, now i have been told to submit my bank statements because the one i sent is not clear enough i have been waiting for 3 months now and the guys i submitted with have received their funds I'm so frustrated and disappointed with the service, they did not even send me the message to let me know they received my claim.

I've been in a shelter with my child for 3 months. I'm currently pregnant on top of that. Mifa knows my situation. They know I have no job due to me being 7 months and no one wants a liability. They know I can't go to family which is why I'm in a shelter. The only thing mifa tells me is find somewhere to live and they will pay deposit and 1st month rent. Mifa knows I have an eviction and I've been denied 3 times from 3diffetent people. I just called ms. Young and told her that I need somewhere for me and my child to go. She said they don't move from shelter to shelter and they don't place people in hotels. Which is a bold face lie. I know for a fact mifa have the funds to help people but they are only helping maybe their family or friends but I haven't gotten anywhere dealing with mifa. Rapid re housing is not any help either. So I would really like to speak to someone who has a little more sense or maybe even a heart to help me better understand WHY me and my child have to sleep outside in the cold soon and mifa is here to prevent that. My mum Mrs FAF Patel had a deathe benefit payout made to 2 beneficiaries. Myself and her husband

However the amount of the death benefit was R457 000. I got R40 000 of that

When I enquired they told me that they can't disclose how the funds were distributed
