There are more than 300 occupancy occupied by the foreigners & their families such as Myanmmar, Banglas, Africans, Pakistani. The landlords are renting out at a higher market rate for few families staying in each of the unit. These has caused Miharja Condo an unsecured & dirty place to stay. All these units are easily identified from their balcony.
