This man is a parasite and a danger to his customers. We paid him to move and tune our piano. He moved it but refused to tune it. We asked for a discount in price because we negotiated a price for both services. He gritted his teeth and told my husband to come outside in a threatening manner. He threatened my husband with violence and told him not to eff with him and that he would come back to tune the piano but to pay him in full now... or else. I was horrified. Under duress we paid him and my husband tried for 6 months to get him to come back and tune the piano. It was the principal I guess? I knew he'd never come back. Mike told him that he was in the Genovese crime family and he would murder my husband if he wrote a bad review online about him. That he was coming there, to his work, to kick his a**.
