payment dispute

Hello Sir,
We had made an online payment Rs.8,112.00 with our SBI Card ending 4111 at DRI for Adobe Lightroom on 27/11/18 and we have not received any invoice or confirmation or activation of the product till date,the amount of Rs,Rs.8.112.00 has been deducted by our bankers from our account. also on 28/11/2018 in the name of DRI*Adobe Sales Shannon IRL
