Didn't receive my order

I placed my order with Minimax stool on August 22nd 2020. I have not received my order as yet. I call to find out the status always a busy signal always cannot get through and I gave them all my information. I also called the number that was given to me which is 877 - 885 - 7154 and never an answer always a busy signal
