I applied for my Provident Fund on the 14th of March 2017.

On the 11th of April, Thamsanqan from Mipfa contacted me, confirming my banking details and also assure me that my claim is complete. They must get a tax indicator from SARS for the fund to be paid out.

After that I send several e-mails to Thamsangan on the progress with no reply. I also contacted Mlungisi Mcira several times, every time he said he will draw my my file and get back to me with no luck.

I contacted the contact centre several times, they just inform me that my claim is in progress.

I contacted SARS today they informed me that they have not received the application yet.

I phoned Mlungisi Mcira again today on the third phone call he indicated that the claim is at the Auditors.

I phoned the Call Centre to speak to somebody at the Auditors department apparently the dont take calls. So I really dont know how to get any feedback.

According to the service agreement from Mipfa it will take 14-21 days for a claim to be finalised, my claim is on 49 days still with no assurance when it be will paid.

This is unacceptable and I request feedback asap.
