Realtor.com has taken a lot of my money for a lead generation that is a complete joke. I've tried to cancel, but was told that I have to finish my year commitment because I'm on auto renewal. They claim to have take me off the renewal. BUT, they said that last year too. I work by referral going on my 6th year in the business, I've never benefited from Realtor.com leads. And another thing I do resent is that the agents who are answering to the leads will say anything without actually researching a property. I had a client call to "see what other agents would say" and the 3 agents who contacted her wrongfully said a property was still available and could "show her the property today." The property was being fumigated, so how will they conduct that showing. Anything related to their lead system is just a bad thing that I don't want to be paying for. WARNING TO NEW AGENTS- DON'T DO IT.
