Technician used my credit card for personal use

On the 30/05/15 I rang Microsoft Software Store to purchase a Microsoft Office product.
I spoke to a guy called Zeus in the Philippines to make this purchase. Today 01/01/15 I was contacted by my bank to inform me that my Credit card had been used on 31/5/15 to purchase $735.00 of stuff from FACEBOOK VIRTUAL GOODS.
THE TECHNICIAN FULL NAME IS FRANCER ZEUS TORQUATOR.
I also will be contacting the AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE over this FRAUD.
