I have just ordered a dress with misses dressy. the dress is still with them as i have only just ordered it. I contacted them to ask the length of the dress as it was not advertised on the webpage. when they told me the length i realised that it was too short, so i immediately cancelled it. i was informed that i will be charged 50% because it is outlined in their cancellation policy. and their cancellation policy i am talking about is.

Items Returned Without an RMA

If you return an item to MissesDressy without first being issued an RMA#, your purchase will incur a 50% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted directly from the issuance of store credit.

Now what is a RMA - well i believe it is without having a refund reference number. Now let me start again, they still have the dress not me so of course i do not have a returns number.

I cannot believe that they are charging me 110 dollars and the dress has not left their premises. Now i believe in being charged a small administration charge but 110 dollars for something i have never had, is like just chucking money in the road and walking away, well earned money. What happens if the item cost 800 dollars would then i have been charged 400 dollars being their 50% cancellation charge. ??

i am waiting for their reply.
