My dress arrived not as described or pictured on missesdressy.com website. My dress arrived with a large slit in the center, however, in the photo of the dress, there are no visible slits anywhere; it also states in the description that the dress does not have a slit. I called the company and shipped the dress back. I explained the situation, but the representative I spoke with told me the corporate office inspected the dress when they received it back and made the decision to issue only a store credit. They issued the credit and deducted $40.00 from the credit for shipping fees. I called again today (Monday 04/16/12) and spoke with the a lady named Angel, who told me she was the manager. I explained that even in the description, it states the dress does not have a slit and she told me there was nothing she could do, as the corporate office refused to issue a refund. I am requesting a refund for this dress because it was grossly misrepresented and the company refused to take responsiblity for this mistake.
I filed a dispute with paypal and will escalate it to a claim so they can do an investiagtion if this is not resolved.

This company is fraudulent and they do not care about their customers.

Don't think to buy from missesdressy.com they are thieves. They take there money and I didn't get my dress, I try to make calls and online chat and sending emails and there is nothing!!!

We had the same problem. I am contacting our state attorney's consumer complaints dept to fill out a form for them to pursue action against them. You should do the same.
