PRODUCT NOT INSTALLED

I have online purchased Mitashi 1 Ton 5 Star Inverter AC from Amazon which was delivered on dt 22nd Jan 2019 and should be installed within 72 hrs. But despite of so many complaint with Brand and Aamazon the same has not been installed till now.
