Firstly I want to say bus service related 66 either northbound/southbound getting really worse day-by-day. Every weekend 66 N (Route Square one to Sheridan college) always late by 30 minutes to one hour. If they can’t give proper bus service especially on weekends they should stop it.
Secondly, the drivers are treating people really bad. Their behaviour is really really really bad. They talk to people so rude and bad way. Today, I was in bus 66N (6:20pm-6:30pm) that was already late to original time. And the lady bus driver was really rude to everyone. She doesn’t know how to drive bus properly. She puts breaks really hard. Moreover, she told to people if the existed passengers doesn’t want to move back just push them. DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE? Then, she drove bus on pedistarian walk on regal drive. She should definitely be fired from BUS DRIVER position. Everyone in the bus was complaining about her and they said no one will ever come to bus whenever she drives.
It’s humble request please take some steps regarding this situation and try to add buses and good behaviour drivers on weekends.
