I have wasted an hour only to see 4 of them show up together, I find this embarrassing to say that 20-30 mins delay is the default now. I don’t know how will anyone want to be environment friendly or even survive if they cannot afford a car if miway can’t deliver a service, never mind good service. I’m this close to losing my job and my boss wants me to take the bus and come over an hour early to waste my time because service is that less frequent on weekends as well. Makes me feel Mississauga is less city than Toronto or other places that I’ve been.

I wan to draw your attention towards the unexpected delays for buses Miway108 and 38 Southbound.I have been facing a full week of delays of 30-40 mins for the buses mentioned above as buses were supposed to arrive at 4PM and 4:03PM respectively at Argentia Rd at Campobello Rd. However, buses don't arrive on scheduled timings and i have been late for my work.

Hoping to put possible measures into place as weather is going to be harsh and making it frustrating to wait for long hours

Once again I'm writing after having a week full of bus delays on Route 26 W from Etobicoke to Mississauga. The bus arrival time is in the 8:05-8:10 am range. It arrives not before 8:20 am everyday. Also, we always had an articulated bus which was the need of the hour as it is a busy time during rush hour but now we find a single deck bus which makes the passengers feel like sardines in a can.

I have been late for work consistently owing to the bus delays and am asking for some measures to be put in place before the harsh weather hits us.

It is a pain to see the elderly standing as the bus is jam packed with strollers (if allowed) or wheelchairs.

Kindly get this corrected at the earliest.

I use miway almost everyday to go to work an I have been noticing that the busses are more late then usual for example today I was waiting for the 9 north going to square one an both of then didn't not come so here I am late for work cause of the bus delay. This is where people's tax money goes to bus drivers that get paid hella lot an can't even do their job properly it's really sad an disappointing
Your getting spoiled by the community an here we are trying to get on a simple bus ride but we can't..
